Jim Olenbush is the owner and broker of

Jim has been a resident of Austin for 15 years and started in the real estate business in 1997. In 2006 he launched Cantera Real Estate with the mission of providing the best representation possible to our clients. Cantera Real Estate maintains a select group of top producing agents that specialize in luxury homes. Company sales volume has increased steadily each year even as the overall market has declined. This is due to our exceptional agents, our teamwork, and our high visibility online. Jim has earned several designations specific to residential real estate brokerage. He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), and a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI®). Jim is also an expert in the field of internet marketing and stays on the cutting edge of the real estate industry.
