Today, the Circle C Ranch neighborhood is comprised of a number of different developments. These include The Enclave, Fairway, Park Place, Park West, Vintage Place and Wildflower Park. The community is governed by the Circle C Homeowners’ Association, which is a nonprofit corporation governed by a seven-member board.
