- CRS Designees earn an average of $155,876 annually, which is 27 percent higher than in 2001, and nearly four times as much as the $39,300 that the average REALTOR® who sells real estate earns.
- CRS Designees complete an average of 70 transactions per year, which is 36 percent higher than in 2001, with average gross sales of $6.8 million annually. This compares to REALTORS® who work as sales agents who complete an average of 10 transactions annually with the average gross sales of between $1 to $1.5 million per year.
- Less than 5 percent of all licensed REALTORS® are Certified Residential Specialists.
